Prayers at grandma's house -"Bai Ti Kong"(9th day of CNY)

"Bai Ti Kong" is one of the many important events for the hokkiens. Me, as one of the many hokkiens wil not miss out this celebration. Every year, we celebrate this event at our grandparent's place with aunties,uncles and cousins gathered together.

Although Msia's government has been banding the lighting of firecrackers, my "brilliant" grandma alwiz manage to get some of them. According to her, the atmosphere wun b tat good and exciting without fire crackers. I do certaintly agree with her, CNY will not be so CNY without fireworks and firecrackers =p

Cny bk home is sooooooooooo comfortable..with homecook food, homemade cookies and cakes..yummies......what i miss out last year i hav them all this year =p

Cny this year is too short..i mean..not for us (Aus uni students), but those who work n those who r in local universities, as their hols is just limited from 1st day of CNY til 4th day of CNY, while many of them leaving bk on the 4th day as uni starts on the 5th day. N some, like Chris hav to leave on 2nd day...aiks....how i miss those days...when we plan our CNY visiting marathon..from 3rd day til 7th day...aiks...life is like this rite?things change when we grow older...

UPDATES*

Lack of updates lately. Call me LAZY..i admit. But, working is real tiring, wats more becoming a trainee as an auditor, haihz...where u work more than 8 hours a day. During the first 2 weeks of my training, i've to work from 8.30am til 9.30pm while traveling to Muar everyday. Haihz...now i knoe, working is not easy. every single penny, u've to work for it.

Although life is quite hectic most of the time (with the forever-can't-finish work and rushing for datelines), becoming an auditor is not bad afterall. hehe.. where we can check out client's company system, how they operate, their inventory..their cost of producing their products,etc..n watz more....sometimes, we can even get to meet some lengchai CEOs n managers..haha....not bad huh... Moreover, i love FRIDAYS..that;s when we relax n enjoy, such as, bowling, dinner, ikan bakar, cafes.........so...it's not really that bad afterall =)
