juz got a news abt my ex which said tht he's after smone! he made phone calls everynite with this gal..he bcome extremely quiet when he's with this gal...Juz when i thought i had erased him from my hard drive, heard tht he's dating sm1 else!! Arrgghh....within a milliseconds, the pain is so great it feels like i was being dumped all over again =( sigh..yeah..i know...we r GAME OVER!!!!n it's a HISTORY now!!!but...smhow....juz feel sort of.....arrgghh..i dunno how to describe..it's smhow a mix feeling.....i'm not tht STEADY!!!i admitt it..so..so what.....

write a list of all the reasons that u 2 juz weren't right for each other.

b) he stress on the importance of frens.....he rather hang out with his frens rather than

d) he likes flirting around with other gals

2) Give Up the Blame
Obsessing over the betrayals and who was right n wrong, is not the way to mend a broken
heart. It juz keeps u in a holding pattern where u're too bitter to move on. So, write him a
letter tht expresses all ur feelings- u dun even hav to send it but u'll find tht once u've put it
all on paper u'll feel less bothered by it. Now u're ready to let go of the past n look ahead to

u dun really wanna know how skinny she is, how often they talk on the phone, how much
they giggle like 2 school kids when they're together. Okay so u do wanna know- but having
all the information is not good for u n wil do nothing to help u let go of ur ex n move on. So,
stop asking n if ur friends try to tell u-say thanks but i duwanna knoe!!!

Okay, so..he's seeing another girl and by all accounts they can't keep their hands off each

sex than true compatibility. Juz bcoz he's happy with some1 else doesn't mean tht u were the
