We ve Pot Luck again on Saturday nite after last week's @ Hwa Loong's place! This time, we have it @ Alycia's place with the theme being "Chinese". n Guess wat i prepared??? gee...Butter Garlic Baby Brussel Sprouts..with lotz..i mean LOTZZzzzz of garlic n butter...yeah..damn fattening..i knoe...but..juz can't help it!! =P


now only i knoe how time consuming izzit to actually prepared n cook food...n .."Cook" i mean here is actually...those..err... really cook,errr..how to say....like..stir fry or ...smthing..tat uses oil.
U see, I seldom "cook"..i boil my food most of the time, for example, i boiled my veg, eggs, sausages, ham, pasta, noodles. n..all these..i can deal them without having use of single drop of oil. I dun expect others to eat like i do..n..smtimes..ppl may think tht i'm weird..but..thtz how i live..hehe... I actually help out with Jessy in preparing her Mutton Patties today...n..find it kinda fun. Food...with oil...certainly...taste..GOOD!!!! but is real time consuming man!!! we started cooking at 5.30pm...n..until 7.30 only we finished preparing 3 dishes (with Sosh's Ayam merah).....remember my previous post regarding the Sausage Pasta Salad??yeap! i prepared it again for friday nite dinner as i stil hav some left over sausages n pasta. However, this time, i didn't grilled the sausages n tomatoes, n din toss the pasta with oil..juz boiled them with water...n find them..a lil plain...not taste as good as wat i've prepared last sunday...ish!!! but...stil remain eatable =)..tatz y..i'm starting to agree with...Food..muz at least..hav a lil of oil.....wahaha...


k..k..bout Sat nite;'s dinner....we ve lotz of FOOD!!!!as u can c from the pic, we've steam egg with pork, Mutton Patties, Stir fry veg , Ayam merah, Black Pepper Pork, toufu??? (i dunno watz tht cal..it's smthing like tau pok with mince pork n mushrooms..hehe), n..err..another dish which i dunno wat izzit called..but..it certainly do taste nice.... We've steam rice to go along with all the dishes!!!
