sat for my corporate finance paper today..paper SUX!!!! especially the MCQ part...though i knoe..lotz of ppl wil say..ah..MCQ is the easiest..kacang puteh..close 1 eye.."tikam"..also can get the answer...but..this is certainly not the case..

u see..the ques..i think..it's not testing ur understanding of concept..it's actually testing ur understanding of the sentence..stupid! k..let me giv u an example:

Which of the following regarding CPS (Converting Preference Share) is incorrect:
(A) CPS will b automatically convert to ordinary shares based on the fixed no. of shares u hold
(B) CPS may b franked
(C) Investors hav the option to convert CPS to ordinary share earlier b4 the maturity date
(D) CPS may be .....*bla bla...can't remember
(E) only one of the above


ehem...only one of the above? if the answer is 1 of the above..i should hav choose A, B,C, or D rite? y should i choose E?

OMG..n this is not the only 1...there's 6 MCQ for section A..n 3 out of 6 actually have almost the same pattern of ques..aiks..wat the......*speechless..

i thought "some1" told me Corp Fi is easy?? yea..i can't deny corp fi is actually quite ok to me..as i've took tat subject when i'm in monash...n basically...we study bk the same thing n some new things too la...but..the way they ask the ques...i start to think..my final...koyak la this time..i wan my H1 leh..aiks...!!!!


hmmm...as i din take anything besides a cup of cofffee since morning ..my stomach start to growl after the test..but..i've 2 hours more classes to attend n an assignment discussion after tat...aiks..finished everyting...it's bout 5.30pm..haihz...life as a student...kinda pathetic....so..i decide to grab smthing from the Union House...n surprise...i only pay $3 for this box of rice..wahaha....(as it's close to closing time). Moreover, it's not those normal steam white rice leh...it's fried rice with 2 side dishes of ur choice...lagi happy....=p


cheap, full and happy!! call me cheapo! but who can resist $3 for a main meal here in Melb?
